Refund & Return Policy

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 12 HOURS OF PURCHASE. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and cancellation may no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, contact SUPPORT@TRYRELUX.STORE as soon as possible.

2. REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, or INCORRECT. To request assistance, please email SUPPORT@TRYRELUX.STORE with your order number and photos of the issue.

3. RETURNS

If a return is approved, the item must be returned according to the instructions provided by our support team. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds cannot be issued for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, delays caused by customs or shipping carriers, requests submitted outside the refund period, or normal wear and tear from regular use.

5. REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 BUSINESS DAYS for the refund to appear on your statement.
